Fixed Fee EPC provides Energy Performance Certificates nationwide. We have qualified Energy Assessors nationwide that are ready to visit your home to produce an Energy Performance Certificate.  We have a fixed fee of £59.00 so you know exactly how much your Energy Performance Certificate will cost you (Up to 4 bedroom residential properties). There may be a small surcharge for properties in very rural areas, properties in Scotland or very large properties.

We aim to visit your property within 48 hours and we will email you your completed Energy Performance Certificate within a further 24 hours. This can be much quicker with same day service often available at no extra cost. Visit’s can be arranged for evenings and weekends as well.
